Where do our Customers come from?

Our customers come from all over the world to take a Harley Ride Experience with us. It constantly amazes us how diverse that group can become. Last month we were fortunate to have been chosen by a corporate group from Shanghai China, here for an Incentive/Reward trip to take their staff out for a group ride.

As you can see from the reactions captured in the video, they had a great time. That's pretty standard fare whenever we take anyone out for a Harley Ride.

The rides took place over two days, on each day we pick a group of 20 up from the Langham Hotel in Southbank and took them out for a one hour ride across the Westgate Bridge to Williamstown. Interestingly, language wasn't a problem, and it signs and gestures took over.

Corporate Bonding

Melbourne is the Conference Capital of Australia, and attracts events from all over the world to the Melbourne Convention Centre on the bank of the Yarra River.

This past week, saw one company utilise us as a Staff Bonding Activity at their annual conference. We formed one part of an overall activity organised by our Partner Big Stick Adventures. Here is how it looked:

Of course, the staff had no idea what to expect and were surprised when Big Stick initiated the activity.

Team Building Melbourne Harley Tour

When you are leding a team of people in the workplace, there comes a time when you want to reward them in the form of a Team Building activity. A Harley Ride is an excellent Team Building activity - one which we are called upon to provide.

Yesterday, we took one such goup on a
Dandenong Ranges Tour in two sidecars on a 3 hour ride up into the mountains just outside Melbourne.

Felicity, the team leader, had organized for us to meet them all in the city at 1.30pm and we cruised down the Monash Freeway and out through Ferntree Gully to out first stop at the Observatory on the top of Mt Dandenong. The funniest thing was seeing all the irls wave at everyone we rode past.

The day ended as we got back to the city at 4.40pm. Here is photo of the group taken at the Observatory on top of Mt Dandenong:

Here is a note I received from Felicity today:

Hi John,
I just wanted to say again how fabulous the afternoon was yesterday. Everyone absolutely loved it and they were able to really relax and enjoy themselves. I will definitely be recommending you to our other divisions.

Group Rides - Incentive Rewards

We frequently get asked top take large groups for a Harley Ride and as can be seen from this photograph, these can involve quite a few bikes.

On this occassion we picked the group up from the Crown Promenade Hotel in downtown Melbourne and transported them out to the Calder Thunderdome, where they were scheduled to spend the afternoon driving Nascars at high speed around the dome.

This group was part of an Incentive/Reward activity organized by their parent company, and one similar to which we are often called to be part of.

What better way to get your staff excited. It is always a surprise and it is always a hit!
